Sam was so helpful today - I only needed 4 tiles to contrast existing ones, to patch up after a repair. She found some spares she was clearing out and was kind enough to give them to me. I’ve been here before for kitchen tiles and will definitely return - there’s a massive choice and Sam is really helpful which I need because I don’t have much of a clue!
Fantastic place - Brilliant customer service from the owner Sam and just a great place to get all your tiles and bathroom supplies - have been dealing with Sam now for many years and never go anywhere else - NOT ALL GOOD however - been there a couple of times this last 2 weeks and cane across Andrew -- I think - is a relative - and he is really nasty - very rude - very negative - and I would walk away in an instant if this cold and harsh person ever served me again !

Visited Direct tiles & stone for tiles for our downstairs cloakroom this is the third time we have bought tiles from the company. Sam the owner has always been very helpful no pressure took a tile home to see if they suited our needs. Been to other tile companies but found them to be very competitive.
