I needed to drill holes in some bathroom tiles which I had never done before. Was passing the store and thought I'd call in to see what advice they could offer. Even though I had not bought tiles from there, they could not have been more helpful. Got a full explanation on how best to do it, they sold me just the drill bits that I needed (no trying to over sell), and even gave me a couple of bits of broken tiles to practice on. We had superb service from Paul last week whilst searching for a particular shade of tile. We were offered sample to try out. His help was great and the store is beautifully set out. Would totally recommend.
