Great team of people. Hugely knowledgeable and very friendly. Massive range of Hot Tubs on show.
Not a good experience for us at all. Hot tub took 3 months after expected date for delivery, was told every month " its coming this month", eventually arrived in October despite ordering at the very beginning of July. When it was delivered, there was some damage to a corner panel and damage to the lid which was reported on the day of delivery, the day after delivery it became very evident that the tub had a leak too so we contacted Sarah at Direct Spas again to inform her of this as we were given no details of who we contact... read more
Popped into the showroom first day it reopened after lockdown the guys were very helpful and informative. Changed our minds on the one to get after talking to them and ordered. Due to being local they had a delivery slot within the week. Installation was very smooth and the guys were polite helpful and very informative on the chemical instructions.
Fantastic company, the lads that fitted went above and beyond.couldnt reccomend this company enough.well done carry on.
The team from Direct-spas were amazing! Can not fault the office staff and the boys who fitted my tub. 100% recommend this company. Plus the hot tub looks awesome!
