Cancelled a viewing 3 times. Said they would call me to arrange another me but never did - I was left in the lurch. Big waste of my time. Would not recommend and am disappointed.

Great agency. Very attentive with quick replies. Currently in our second week of the tenancy and so far they’ve been great. I’ve been renting with Direct Residential in Epsom for coming on 3 years now and honestly couldn’t be happier. Everything has always been so easy and stress-free with them. My main contact is Harrie and she’s been BEYOND amazing – super friendly, quick to help with anything, and just genuinely a lovely human to deal with. Renting can sometimes be a bit of a headache, but with Harrie and the team, it’s been a really great experience. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a place in the area!
