I came in to enquire about renting a flat. The lady who I interacted with maintained a really cold demeanor. I felt very disrespected. I eventually walked out because I felt she was so unprofessional.

Addition: I don’t want to get house on zoom call. I just want to send offer to landlord. I work in London, it’s not easy to come to Northampton just to deliver you documents which you gonna use to send offer. Further who need guarantor payslips and 3 months bank statements just to send offer? You got hold money from me yesterday, I was there physically. Not on zoom call.
