Keith came and fitted 4 chrome heated towel rails to replace old ones that looked like they had seen better days. He worked tirelessly and professionally whilst here and left my home spotless. I’m so pleased with his work ethic and his dedication and would not hesitate to use his services again and recommend him to friends and family.

Keith was brilliant. He arrived the next day after contacting him to fix my tap in the kitchen and a problem with my toilet. He was polite, friendly and professional and his prices were very competitive. It’s good to have found someone who won’t rip you off as well. Will be recommending him to friends and family

I found Direct Plumbing through a google search. The 5 star reviews are well deserved! Keith made a quick response to my initial query and visited the same day to assess the plumbing issues. He explained thoroughly what the problem actually was and what was needed. The work was done promptly and Keith was even able to fix the issue I discovered during his visit. Hot water restored, no weird pump noises and overflow stopped in less than 72 hours from initial query - thank you Keith

Very pleased with the work carried out on my immersion heater to replace the hot water elements. Keith was quick to respond to my call, was very courteous and kept me informed at every stage. I couldn’t recommend Keith highly enough he provided a great service at a fair price
