Both the salesman were very helpful, took time to talk to us and get to knows us.the four legged salesmen were friendly too,. Very friendly, showroom is clean and well laid out. Nothing is too much trouble including offering us drinks. Would highly recommend.
Worst experience I've had buying a car!
Fully recommend Direct Motors J28. Walked into the showroom on Monday, given free opportunity to walk around without salesman jumping on you as soon as you walked in - although me and my friend were greeted with a smile and hello as soon as we walked in. Clean showroom, immaculate looking cars. Friendly team, talked me through through the process and drove away having completed the finance process, test drive of the car I wanted and everything else that was needed all in around 90 minutes. Absolute great experience when buying a car through Direct Motors J28. The guys were great to talk to, discuss different payment options, and information on the cars that were in stock. Also a massive thanks for my gift box! Although the kids raided it as soon as I got home, it was a very thoughtful gesture. I'll definitely be back in the future.
