My wife had a knee replacement and needed a "hospital" type chair for home. Buying was not an option and someone suggested Direct Mobility Hire. I must admit that this company shocked me, they were efficient, quick and super easy to deal with. So many company's do not do what they say they will do but direct mobility hire is NOT one of them. I would recommend them to any one. Five star product five star service.

That easy I thought it would go wrong . Booked months ahead . Went to Spain biomes into hotel almost spot on time, arrived with the two Mobilty scooters fully charged ready to go . We was on a huge hill . No problem. With thanks .

We rented a scooter for my dad for our trip to London and the surrounding areas. We picked up the scooter from their location in Hertford, and they picked it up at our hotel at the end of our stay. The staff at Direct Mobility Hire were so friendly and beyond helpful. When we had a battery/charger malfunction, their people brought a new one to our hotel in central London within a couple of hours. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone visiting the UK who needs mobility help.
