We recently experienced a water leak from the shower of the flat above ours. The student tenants of the flat were very helpful and cooperative as were the property managers, Direct Lettings. They dealt with the issue promptly and kept us very well informed throughout the repair process. The agent we dealt with was Dawn and we were very impressed by her thoughtful and professional handling of the issue.

We rented a property through Direct Lettings. While they were polite at first, support became poor once issues appeared. Staff seemed disorganised and gave conflicting information. There was a mice problem from day one, despite them saying otherwise. We kept the flat spotless, which was confirmed at inspections — yet they still made small cleaning claims to deduct from our deposit.
