Order was placed 12th August with a delivery date of 7/10 days, this order was acknowledged 2 days later saying it was being processed, they had taken our money on receipt of order. Since the 18th August we have called on a daily basis only to find the phones are not being answered, when at last I did get through I was told delivery would now be October!! I was assured someone would call me back with a reviewed delivery time and here I am on the 4th September still waiting and still no one is answering the phones, responding... read more
