Rude and obnoxious carers , beware !
As far as I'm concerned the company's name which is called Direct care and they are supposed to be there to be caring for those who are in need of help but how much help do they end up giving not much help at all i have been with direct care for up to something like 30 years now and the staff at direct care are not interested with anything that you mention to them and the careers are not really good either it does look like they have updated themselves lately but no mainly it's just the same as before and lately because the ... read more

DIRECT CARE are not doing there job properly they are supposed to care for you but no they are not doing enough at all and if you ended up going to speak to someone at the office it's a waste of time as all you will end up getting from them is just excuses on what needs to be done and there careers themselves need to be much more better towards you as well as most of the time these careers are always telling you what you should be doing yourself they are doing to much as well which means your hardly get much of a chance to g... read more
