I made a payment of £1,300 on 28 August 2025 for salon equipment and never received the goods. Since the payment, the company has stopped replying to my emails and hangs up my calls once they realise it is me. This strongly appears to be a scam. I am currently reporting this to my bank and Action Fraud.
