I needed to have pretty old carpeting quickly removed to ready my parents house to be listed, when the person I had hired to do it cancelled on me the night before. Mike even returned my call on a holiday weekend and arrived the next day at 7 a.m. to take out 2 rooms and a hallway of carpeting. It was a pleasure working with Mike! He gave me an honest assessment of what my floor needed on his initial visit. He completely refinished of our cherry floors while we on vacation at a very reasonable price. The floors are now beautiful with a satin finish. He was also available to answer follow-up questions after the job was complete. I highly recommend him, and will go to him again if ever needed. Thanks Mike!
Our hardwood floors look fantastic! Mike was very professional and friendly and finished the job on time. He explained what he would be doing each day, and answered all of our questions. He did excellent work and kept the dust to a minimum. We'd highly recommend Diorio!
