Purchased a 3 piece wardrobe for £2,984. The staff was friendly enough, promising it would be delivered before we left our vacation home and returned to the US in 90 days. That didn't happen, so it was installed (6 months later) without us being present. Despite the fact we requested over and over and over again that ONE section of the wardrobe be fitted with a bar for hanging clothes, and the other two sections be fitted with shelves (I even drew them a picture!), there are no shelves.
