Disappointing and Unnecessarily Complicated Viewing Process I contacted this agency to arrange a viewing for one of their advertised properties. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating from the start. They refused to book the viewing over the phone despite having a contact number listed, instead insisting I complete an online form.
