I have been seeing Dr. Dinneen for a number of yrs and have been more than pleased. Yrs of excessive sun exposure have taken a toll on my skin. She keeps a watchful eye---has removed multiple suspicious areas. Recently, a spot I would never have thought needed attention, raised her concern. Thank God for her! I’ve been going there for years. Why I don’t know. I get over charged for basic procedures. I was prescribed a $200 cream that the pharmacist laughed at cuz it’s $2.00 over the counter. They would waive the missed appointment fee despite me being there 3 times this year. Thanks for not waiving the fee for me. I’m waiving goodbye to you. Finding a new doctor.
I've never been to a more unprofessional 'medicial' office in my life. The receptionist was incredibly rude to another patient on the phone (rude enough to make me consider leaving). Dr. Dinneen is nice but in & out. She had an assistant who came in late but was never properly introduced (hi, I'm half naked & uncomfortable). She left me with the assistant who I asked if the meds were ok if I were to get pregnant to which she replied 'why would you do that? You just had a baby!' Won't be back!
Dr. Dinneen is a wonderful doctor. I discovered her about ten years ago and have been nothing but pleased. I have interesting and difficult to deal with skin issues, so I'm not an easy patient. But she has been persistent in helping me deal with those and we have things under control.
Dr. Dineen and her staff are rude, ignorant, and unprofessional. I had given them two chances. The first time the doctor ruined my brow area with an over-zealous laser treatment. The second time I rushed to see her in an emergency during regular office hours after I had burnt my face in a water boiling accident. The receptionist was just about to lock the door for lunch. I begged her to let me in, because I had an emergency and was in pain. She pushed me back and said, we're closed for lunch!
I went to see Dr. Dineen for a skin cancer screening and acne issues. The screening took less than 60 seconds, and when I tol dher about my acne issues, she said she had no idea what to do and I had to make a separate appointment with the esthetician. Annoying. Seperate incident, I go to pick up a product i'm out of and the receptionist doesn't help me for over 5 minutes, then doesn't apologize, doesn't greet me, just opens the window and stares at me. She was incredibly rude. DO NOT GO HERE!
I only wish I had read the reviews before making my own personal appointment! I am a physician assistant and was astonished at the lack of professionalism, not only by the doctor but by the staff. I was actually hung up on after I called and made my payment! wow!! Dr. Dinneen acted like I was a waste of her time, all 60 seconds of it!! Do not go here. I will never refer to her again.
I went in to have 2 pockets removed from my scalp, she cleaned & removed one that had already ruptured, but left the other one in, Dr or assistant didn't mention anything about leaving the other one in for any reasons until I called to complain that there was a pocket left is when they wanted to come up with reasons as to why they left it in. Not one person said anything about leaving the pocket for any reason, Dr was out of the room before I even sat up. She is lazy, incompetent, cold, uncaring
I have never seen the doctor. I always see a physicians assistant and my condition is getting worse. The physicians assistant goes out and asks the doctor what to do but the doctor never comes in and actually looks at my condition. I am going to another physician and will not be going back to this office.
