I emailed to enquire about a specific alteration, and unlike many other similar shops (that I have also emailed!) they replied in less than 24hrs! They don’t do what I needed but replied with a recommendation onwards. Now that is beyond good service and shows professional, generous approach. 👏🏼👏🏼 Bravo and thank you 🙏🏼
Since moving in to my house I’ve used Dingwall Fabrics several times for new curtains (two bedrooms and living room), including new curtain tracks. Not only are the curtains beautifully made, the service is brilliant and Sheila is very helpful in choosing the fabrics. Absolutely delighted with the quality of service from Dingwall Fabrics. Excellent value for money and attention to detail.
Responsive and efficient. Didn't mind mending my mum's roller blind's lift strings even though the item was not purchased from them (although she has purchased curtains and blinds from them previously which were excellent!). Would highly recommend them to those wanting curtains made. Their materials are lovely.
