SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS A JOKE!! I took my 2017 Tahoe for service on the AC, they "couldn't find the leak, so we just added freon to your system" Now I am out $1661 due to their stupidity, I went to another GM dealer and they found the leak this spring, AFTER my 3/36 warranty expired(of course, they knew a temp fix would get them off the hook for warranty work. Dimmitt should know that adding Freon to a known leaking system is a SERIOUS EPA violation, penalties are $37,500 per day, and I will be filing a complaint. Please "lik... read more

I walked into the dealership not expecting to leave in a brand new car with everything I want at the price I wanted to spend, however that’s exactly what I did thanks to Tyler Cole. He made the entire process extremely smooth and I genuinely feel like I received the best customer service possible. Highly recommend going to Dimmit Chevrolet and asking for Tyler! I had the most amazing experience at Dimmitt, from the beginning to end Gabriel was awesome, I have been waiting for my survey since I leased my vehicle but because it was sent to my work email it was blocked ...SO...5 ALL THE WAY! There is no better, I gave him a very HARD time as I negotiate price for a living so let's just say...he EARNED that 5 ...😊 Trust me when I say - I will be back in 3 yrs to get another one from him and Dimmitt. don't lose him Dimmitt or I will follow him wherever he goes!
