Horrible service and vehicles. I purchased a Cruz 2014 and Malibu the same week. The first weekend within days the Cruz had electrical problems. They fixed of course but since then on that Cruz over 5K in electrical problems at my expense and a free old change does nothing for 5K worth of frustration . Unbelievable. Will never buy another Chevy. Don’t fault service personnel the car was crap from Day 1. Ugh. In the shop again today!!!!
My friend had a bent rim that was supposed to be covered by a tire and wheel warranty. The service department did a half rate repair on the bent rim and practically gave it back to him in the same condition it was in. They should have warrantied the rim and called it a day. Very poor customer service. sorry you're going through that Eric.
Unethical. Unprofessional,. Uncaring. Lie about imvemtory to get you to.comemin and then try and sell you a different vehicle. Will male sure everyone I know never does business with them. Ever.
***My Family HIGHLY RECOMMENDS Dimmit Chevrolet*** We literally negotiated the entire deal via email prior to arriving from North Florida. Dimmit’s “Out the Door Price” was comparable to our local dealer’s price before taxes and fees. My wife and I saved a few thousand dollars by traveling 3hrs to Dimmit Chevy. The service department is one of the most dishonest that I've ever dealt with. They are also extremely bad at their jobs.
