Really bad customer service and about 3000 dollars over priced.
Sold me a car with nothing but problems. Four years later and I need a new transmission on a car with less than 86k miles. Thanks for the money pit.
100% do not recommend service department, bought a used truck from Dimmit, as part of the used car process the do a oil change and inspection. just did my oil change 2k miles/1 month after purchasing vehicle and they had over tightened and seized the filter on. took 2 hours and many methods to remove filter
RecommendedTook our 2015 Vette there for repairs after a truck nearly took off the front end while it was parked. Could not have asked for better service! The body shop is second to none! Friendly salesmen. Not pushy, knowledgeable, took their time to make sure we left happy.
I received Excellent service from their collision department. Highly recommend them. I'm here on vacation but if I lived here they would have a customer for life.
