We recently worked a whole deal out with them. Some issues we had included being told a higher price then the advertised price which only changed when we brought it to their attention, not putting enough in our trade (7k light isn’t just a little off), and lastly getting us into finance and telling me that the vehicle that they advertise as CERTIFIED PRE OWNED in fact is not CPO, unless of course I’d like to pay $599, then it would be. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone.
Poor service they had my SUV 3 days, stated an oil change would fix my check engine light, they did it, not even 24 hours later my check engine light was back on and suv was shaking, then it died as I backed into my driveway.... very dissatisfied!
RecommendedI started working here six years and compared to other dealers I realized what a great sales and service department we had. The people are all friendly and knowledgeable. My service adviser always keeps me informed on anything my vehicle needs. Highly recommend Dimmitt Chevrolet.
Excellent Service, Excellent Lease experiences
My experience at Dimmit was incredible from start to end. I had been to many dealerships that day in hopes of finding a new car after mine being unfortunately totalled. Since my accident, things have been very stressful. With dealing with injuries, doctors, insurance, and lawyers, the last thing I needed was a difficult car buying experience. 36 hours after I've taken delivery and I still don't have financing so i can inform my insurance company of who the leinholder is. I have a bank willing to write a check and the finance dept. refuses to deal with them. My salesmen were great but it has been the worst car buying experience I've ever had and it's all because of the finance dept.
Painless and simple. I tell all my friends and family to go there. 😁
