Beware of this company I was lured in by an advertisement for a 2013 ford focus at approx $5,600. now we know ther are other fees involved Tax tag dealer prep etc but these people invented a new one call DEARLER REFUREBISH for about 1200-1500 I dont remember the exact amount I just wasnt going to pay it and they offered to take it off" IMAGINE THAT " I LEFT WITHOUT A CAR

Brought my new truck in for its second oil change. I expressed to them "do not wash or detail the truck". Sure enough they bring the truck out and the paint is completely damaged. Swirl marks all over the truck. Extremly bad! They also used a buffer on the truck and there is heat spots from the polish they used. The service advisor brings out the detailing manager.
