Sales process was painless. Travis Hobbs showed me what I asked for and we were able to work out a price that we could agree on. Would have been a 5 star but the business office back up was a bit a much. More sales than employees available to complete the paperwork. Over all though, very pleased to have done business with them.

RecommendedSome of the hardest working people I know or have ever been associated with. The owners are kind wonderful people. I have personally bought 7 cars from Dimmitt Chevrolet Inc. Neil in service always takes great care of me even when I give him last minute notice. Lol If you are in the market, visit us and see for yourself how friendly the staff is. Stop by and say hi if you're just driving by.
I was a loyal customer until yesterday. I have bought 3 cars from Dimmitt and wanted to buy a 4th car. I felt that the sales manager belittled and bullied me. He lost a sale because he wouldn't lower the price by 28.00 a month. I refuse to be bullied. No more Dimmitt for me. I will take my business elsewhere and I will tell all my friends about my experience.
