I ordered chairs with 14week leadtime, eventually received them after 27weeks. Unfortunately 4 stools came completely damaged with water damages. Two armchairs are just cheap fakes from China. They are different design to shown on website, wrong shape, wrong leather type and wrong colour. I've been trying to contact them but they dont answer calls or emails. Just about to file Small Claim Court case. PLEASE PLEASE AVOID !!!!!!
We've waited for what felt like an eternity. We thought that it all must be a scam, but we've been proved wrong. The order finally arrived today. I think they try their best, but the communication is something to improve on big time.
Je suis profondément déçue par mon expérience avec Diiiz. J’ai commandé une table basse en marbre à 650€, en me fiant aux photos du site qui montraient un pied rond. Or, à la réception, surprise : le pied est ovale, un détail qui change totalement l’esthétique du produit. Do not purchase from here. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. The item I ordered was listed discount as from their outlet. There are a lot of staining and marks that were not noted or shown on photos listed in the description! The item came in horrible shape. When purchasing online my item showed as “fast shipping within 7 days”. That was not the case, and I had to track down customer support after my order was six days late.
