For my birthday I was given a track day voucher. The person who purchased it for me told me about it in my birthday card then later forwarded on the email they had received with the details. I didn't immediately book the track day. 10 months later I was ready to book. So I called up Track Days to be told the voucher had expired 5 days ago.
