I had ordered this fireplace from another company who kept putting me off with a delivery date and decided to go straight to the manufacturer and they were amazing. I live in Ireland and it's a nightmare to get anything delivered and they went above and beyond to get the fireplace delivered and within 5 days it arrived. Fantastic service.
Wish I read the reviews before I purchased. I have exactly the same issue, fire stopped working after 2months. Was promised a replacement but then they stop communicating. This company should not be trading. Company has now blocked me on WhatsApp, what type of company does that? I bet they won't comment on my review. Also if you look on TrustedReviews they have been removed for false reviews.
