I've been trying for 2 months to get a replacement visa cc. The waiting time to talk to *** is 2 to 3 hrs. First card they mailed it thru ***** to a **** address. 2nd card they sent it by **** but no tracking number. 3 card was supposed to be sent on Monday but nothing happened by Thursday. Thu i waited on the phone for 2hrs, then talked to a guy for 1 hour who guaranteed the card will be mailed Thursday. I have been banking with *** for over several years. I have had great customer service in the past. But I have had an issue with *** and their debit cards for a long time, have made several attempts with a *** representative on the phone and in person at a branch. Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Takes over an hour to reach anyone on phone no matter when you call. They will not allow you to pick up a new debit card in the branches and force you to wait to send one to your house. I’ve been waiting over 3 1/2 weeks for a debit card to come in the mail, I’ve been card-less the entire time and they couldn’t care less. Have had ZERO help from multiple employees. Save yourself a massive headache and check out St. Mary’s. *** DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER.

Im a member of this bank but Tonight im very disappointed of Digital Federal Credit union and the reason why is this, two weeks ago i helped my cousing to fill an application online because she didn't know English it was for a auto loan and we did everything we provided all the information and documents, her credit score was 722 and her income weekly is $1500 everything was in order and the application was aproved, she was very happy she went to see the vehicle in different places and finally she found a great deal after all... read more
Our solar company put us in touch with them for our solar loan. Please do not use them. They’re impossible to get In touch with. This has been going on for over a year. I didn’t receive our tax documents online and so I had to call. An hour of time I’ll never get back . They said they would research it. A few weeks later I received an email that my issue was resolved. Still never received my tax statement Online or the mail or even an explanation of why I didn’t receive it. I would like to file a complaint, get all my money back, and go some where else, This is for all the same reasons of the last complaint. Go Somewhere else. DCU BBB rating should not be an A it should be a C or D or kicked off. I will be filing a complaint to try to make this happen..
Do not get any loans from here. No one knows what they are talking about. Wait times are well over an hour. I was on the phone for 6 hours and 46 mins trying to get my loan approved. I am over 800 credit score and make 700k a year. Go some where else.
DCU is by far the worst institution ever! Called and applied for a loan , got told i was approved for 5k , just needed to create a membership with them. Took 5 days for that membership to be created ( and had to deposit $10 ) . I finally called to finalize my loan and they ask for all the same paperwork and more ( W2 , paystubs , etc. ) and then say they decline it because of inconsistent info and not being able to verify income ( although they had my W2 and paystubs, that i sent when i initially applied ) and then when i as... read more
