I found the staff at DigiClear very reassuring in particular Jas regularly checked to see if I was experiencing any discomfort. Furthermore as I had had significant surgery on my ear many years ago I was further reassured when Jas decided not remove the last bit of earwax due to its proximity to the exposed eardrum without referral first to an ENT consultant. I would definitely recommend DigiClear.
