A member of staff behaved in a dismissive way, repeatedly giving a “never mind” attitude, which came across as suggesting we didn’t belong. The behaviour felt racist and made us feel unwelcome. She was particularly rude towards my husband. We have visited this venue before without any issues, but this experience was very different. This should be taken seriously and addressed by management.
Worst experience i have ever had from a bar … the girl in the counter was realy rude and she don’t know how to talk to a customer…..
