Sold me a vehicle that had prior registration pentality fees alone of over $600, which they never disclosed. Added everything on my loan, including taxes BUT they left out my registration fees. After going to my local DMV, I contacted Hillsboro Honda management. They claimed they never knew and it’s “my problem now” as they have “nothing to do with my state”. Short wait for 1st oil change, very knowledgeable in what I needed.
My salesman came to my house! He contacted me as soon as I went through Costco, and I told him what I would like in a Honda but that I could not come to the dealership until 30 Aug due to some physical problems. He said no worries, found my car, arranged to come 150 miles roundtrip for documents and a check, then delivered the car the following week, at my request. I was greeted right away and everyone was easy to talk to. This was my 4th visit because I was researching and not ready to buy. There was no pressure to purchase on the earlier visits. I called and made an appointment to turn in my leased CR-V and asked to drive a new one and an HR-V. The sales rep was friendly and helpful and I love my new HR-V. Well done Dick's Hillsboro Honda!
I purchased two Hyundai Sonatas, 2009 and 2014 at Hillsboro Hyundai. My Sales Person was Alex Rowe. I was very impressed with his knowledge. He knew all about the cars. Everyone greeted me with a smile, The sales floor models were beautiful! The Finance Manager worked to find a bank that would finance me within my budget. I felt very comfortable there. There was no pressure in trying to get me to purchase a more expensive car. I will continue to purchase all my vehicles through Hillsborough Hyundai! Thank you Alex!
