I do not recommend anyone wasting their time with this dealership. This is a dealership with no respect, honesty and integrity. I had request a quote online for a new 2018 Honda CRV touring and had made a agreement to a price + tax from William Samayoa . Nothing on there website disclose that this vehicle had additional accessories added on to it. Excellent service department.
I do not recommend the sales department. Service and parts departments are great, but sales is sadly lacking reliable service.
Great people, Krissa Komo was a great sales lady new her product well. fast process and no B.S.😀
Worst customer service I have ever had in my life!!! Seriously if you're a women do not come here alone. They do not have any communication towards the customers and was even yelled at. I was scared to pick up my car. I was going to make an appt to fix my airbags but after this I would rather risk my life then going back.
