What a wonderful experience. I came from the sister location Hyundai and I was so upset on how badly I was treated well Payton was my sales guy and he was amazing turned my bad day around. He is amazing! Jorge the sales manager helped me get the van I really wanted and went above and beyond for me. So nice and I love how much they care. Highly recommend

Very disappointed in their service department. Had an oil change and all the fluids were not checked or topped off. More importantly my car was low on oil 3 weeks later. How is that? No leaks found upon inspection at another honda service department. They told me my car was extremely low on oil. They will never have to worry about seeing my accord ever again. They lie to you about things being wrong eith your car. They gave me a 5k list of things. Which after going to 2 other shops, I found out NONE if it needed done. such dishonest people at this place. I will be sticking to Beaverton Honda now.
Had a great sales person Leo, who went out of his way to get ensure we got the car we wanted. Had an amazing financing guy Andrew who got us the absolute best financing rate. Leo then drive from Hillsboro to Keizer to deliver our paperwork to us! I would recommend 💯.
They have the BEST customer service here! Not only everyone is nice and professional, but they also provide pancakes for breakfast for the customers while waiting 👍🏻 P/s: I also got really good deal when I bought my car here. If anyone wants a Honda vehicle, you should definitely check this place out, and don’t forget to ask for Luis (he was really helpful)
I totally recommend this place they are very helpful we went in yesterday and Jonathan helped my mom and I pick our two cars a 2019 Honda Civic sport and a 2019 Honda Pilot. He helped us every step of the way, He also helped us get a good deal on our cars too will definitely be going back in the future
