Very bad experience.No values to customers time and money.They will call with false offers and won't end up with any deal.I found one car in their web portal and negotiated with one price.They asked to visit their showroom to finalize the deal.I was OK with some kind of adjustments in the price.What happened is when i reached their office their staff told that the car is sold and no more available. Went in to buy a car. The sales guy didn’t listen and was so pushy to get me to spend more money than I wanted to that I literally had to get up and walk out!

I had an excellent car buying experience at Dick's Honda. I did a ton of research and test drove multiple cars at different dealerships. I finally narrowed it down to the CRV despite all the incentives for other cars. It is #1 in subcompact SUVs with incredible gas mileage. The extra 3 inch leg room in the 2nd row and Apple Play made it the one to buy. Gilbert was professional and courteous and listened to all my needs. I highly recommend buying from here.
The service area is clean, and the female employment is very good; they are professional and usually do not associate dealer/service area with females - a nice change.
Best price upfront over the phone. Dealer add-ons were also included. My salesman Brian Elias and the General Sales manager Dan Lucero made the entire transaction smooth and painless. This has been my least stressful and best vehicle purchase ever (should say No-stress at all). I highly recommend for both of these gentlemen and this dealership the next time you want to shop Honda vehicles. I know I will do... Bought 2018 Honda Clarity Plug-in hybrid in Crimson color. Very satisfied with the car and overall experience.
