Drove 45 minutes from my house for an appointment to test drive a 2016 certified used Civic. The car sold the night before but no one bothered to contact us even though we were told by the appointment controller we would get a call if it sold (staff argued with me and told me they had no idea who I was talking about). When we got there we were first told it sold at 9:30pm the night before by the salesman.
