This was one of the most unpleasant hospitality experiences we’ve had — especially as a family. We were 1 hour and 45 minutes late checking out (our fault), but the response was unacceptable. A cleaner aggressively confronted my wife, which left our 3- and 5-year-old children terrified and in tears. I stayed in Dickens properties twice this year for 7 weeks in total. From the support with booking and payment, the high standard of maintenance, white goods, furnishings and decor of the flats and the communication regarding my deposit being returned (no issues with it being returned in full) I can recommend Dickens as reliable and upfront. Questions on the property after check in were answered quickly. Will definitely come back and stay either of the two flats I stayed in this year.

Me and my family rented the flat in belgrave place. The flat was completely equipped for a family to live there. Everything spotless and a really comfortable place to stay. About Dickens: we as a family had a problem that indirectly had to do with the flat, Sarah has helped us enormously in the most kind way we could ask. Definitely recommended!
