I've eaten inside 3 times, loved it everytime. Went through the drive thru and was greatly disappointed. It was my husbands first time and he won't go back. Sandwiches were very spicy and the fried onion tanglers were overcooked and cold.

I have never been so disappointed. So mad and so unpleased with a restaurant in my life. Such horrible customer service. The Manager was being very rude and mean to her part time employee. Someone we know. My boyfriend, roommate and friend all thought she was joking around with him. Until she took it too far. Harassing. This is our second visit. Like the food . but services is very very slow. I think the servicer need more training. I hope the longer there open the faster they will get orders out . I hope they make it.

Went with 2 of my coworkers on the grand opening. We were part of the first 50 guests to get gift cards. My gift card says zero balance. One of my coworkers gift cards says invalid and the other says 250 dollars. Called the manager to tell him and he said there was a problem with the gift card system. He told me to give it a few day s, so we did. Still no balance on 2 of the 3 cards. Called again and said he would take care of it and he would call me back on Tuesday the 6th. They don't have it down yet go to bellevue location!
The food was ok for fast food bbq. I like a sit down restaurant. Where a waitress or waiter take your order. It was kind of expensive for a fast food bbq. Almost $30.00 for the cheapest dinner. This price was for 2 dinners.. I will probably not make this my go to place for bbq. Hog Stop still the best bbq in CB.
