Sounds to me like you have a few issues,to improve and everyone in the food business knows with the high cost of living, many cant afford to dine out that often, so where people do go must be worth it. Your reviews are very poor, and without a coupon, to try your high priced meals, The photos show the meals very lacking, I can do better at the nicest steak house in town for your price..If you cant afford to run a Real BB-Q ,Then you should stop..with the way your going about this you will never have the volume to continue , ... read more

Dee, your review is a bit confusing. Did you eat at our restaurant or is your review based on other reviews you have read? As with every new restaurant we did receive some negative feedback but I can assure you we do run a real barbecue with our meats slow smoked in house every day and fresh made sides. Our daily specials are $9.99 and other meals are all around a $10-$15 price mark. If you haven't given us a try yet please do and let me know what you think of our food.
The service was awful. Ribs will be ready in 30 minutes.... maybe an hour. Who tells a customer that.

Hi Kim, I apologize that we were out of ribs during your visit today. We smoked extra today expecting it to be busy, but it still wasn't enough as they were flying out the door. When you smoke meats they don't always cook for the same amount of time. Ribs or other meats can vary in cook time by 30 minutes or more. We will adjust our meat loads going forward to ensure we have enough for our guests. Sorry again.
Never again!! Very low grade food and over priced! Staff was awesome tho...

We dined here for lunch today for the first time and had a great experience. The manager went above and beyond to greet us in line, we had two kids, to ask if they were ordering chicken nuggets, which they were, and he took it upon himself to get them started so they'd be ready by the time we reached the register to check out. I just want to say thank you and we will definitely be back. Great service, clean atmosphere and yummy food.
The staff leaves a lot to be desired. Cold unwelcoming environment. The food was ok for fast food bbq. Definitely not a fan and will not be returning.

Ribs were burnt and inedible, literally crunchy. Even on sale they were a rip off, won't be back.
