Freaking love this place! The brisket sandwich is fantastic. The Mac and cheese is the absolute best I've ever had!
Amazing bbq. The ribs are tender and super moist, great Mac and cheese. Oh...and the ice cream? Fuhgetabouit. Superb from start to finish.
I'm torn with the number here. The food was great! I do a lot of BBQ myself and this was good BBQ. I think a lot of people expect crock pot style "fall off the bone" meat but that's not the real deal. Nice job on the food. The bathroom, however, was terrible. The toilet didn't work right and the room in general was bad. The dining area was good and kitchen looked good. Keep up the good work. I'm in West Des Moines and travel there for work sometimes, so I'll definitely go back.
