The best barbecue, excellent service, awesome atmosphere, and dedicated owners.
Stopped here for lunch quick today, 20 minute wait with 1 car in front of me in the drive through, there menu board is printed paper , can't read the numbers next to the plates, so when you order the person on the Mic doesn't know what your talking about, I ordered sliced brisket and a pop for $17, got the food, open the brisket, it's shredded roast beef, taste like Chuck roast as best, side of Mac and cheese was maybe 1.5oz, the barbecue sauce they give you is about 1/16 of an ounce, you get one cheap napkin, sauce is good,... read more

Hey Jim I’m sorry about this. Depending on what the person in front of you ordered it could take awhile. Our drive thru works best for call in and online orders. It always works best to contact places directly when you have a complaint so it can be fixed. Do you have your receipt? I’d love to look into the order for you to see what happened. Stopped in after basketball games and the place was a hit, free soft serve has the kids wanting to come back.
Rude staff. Disorganized. The pop dispenser was out of diet coke. I let the staff know. She refused to fill the machine. There was two workers behind the counter. It would have been very easy to have one person quickly fill the syrup in the machine. I agree with another post. The floor is so dirty your feet stick to the floor.

Eric, We did run out of Diet Coke during lunch today and we got it changed as soon as we could as we did have other guests in line. I apologize if you felt the staff was rude or refusing your request, they were just helping other guests and waiting for an opportunity to step out of line to get that done for you.
Me and my family had dinner at dickey's this evening, it was very clean, and the customer service was absolutely some one the best I've experienced in the council bluffs/omaha area, we will definitely be back. If you like bbq you definitely need to give dickey's bbq a try.

Went there twice in one week. First time there was one person eating in there, today there was nobody. And i clearly see why. Employees are bitchy, food was awful. I would definitely not recommend this place to nobody. I don't see them staying open very long. You need decent employees and decent food to make it work. And this place has neither. This review is for the one behind Dairy Queen. I was not aware there was another one in cb.
