Went there to eat with a large group of friends yesterday, and this place had the worst customer service I have ever seen. We probably will not be back to this location.

Just ate my first Dickeys. I believe it is the best BBQ i have ever eaten. Everything was delicious. I will return.

First and last time going. The BBQ itself was not that bad but the sides were cold. They replaced them but the replacements were cold as well. Tables were dirty and dishes were everywhere.
I'm visiting from Australia and is the most amazing BBQ MEAT!!! Oh and make sure you try the creamed spinach!!! Is amazing!!5/5 guys!!!
The pulled pork sandwich was cold and not enjoyable at all. Baked beans were just okay. Best part of the meal was the waffle fries because they were hot and fresh. The assembly line process would have been nice if the pulled pork had been kept in a warmer and was served hot and fresh. First experience was bad, but Dickey's made it right and I visited another location today and sandwich was hot and fresh. I enjoyed my meal and will be back to try some different menu items. Thanks Dickey's!!!
Food was good. Our kielbasa came out a little cool, but they were really busy so we didn't ask them to heat it back up. The only other issue was the sweet tea. There were 2 urns. One tasted like water (but was brown so we knew it was really) and the other tasted sugary like a syrup. So we drank coke instead. Usually, we don't have any issues at all, but they were pretty slammed. We will definitely be back.
So yesterday we decided to surprise my mother-in-law for her birthday with dinner over $100 for the tailgate barbecue package...OMG this was disgusting the pulled pork and brisket was so dry and hard.. the mac was so mushy and I'm not even going to comment on that disgusting potato salad they must have prepared it this morning 11:30 a.m. when I called it in for 5 p.m. anyways thanks for ruining my mother-in-law's birthday surprise..
