This store has just gained a customer for life!!!! Door dash messed up my order and wouldn't fix it. The manger and GM went over and beyond to help me!!!!. They hand delivered my food to me and fixed all my issues! You all are amazing!
Horrible food with no flavor, small portions, burned bread, tough fatty brisket and ridiculous pricing.I ordered from Uber eats or I would have returned the food immediately. The pictures are of the burned bread and small extremely fatty potion of brisket. There is supposed to be 1 pound of brisket in the picnic pack. There is no way you will convince me those 3 slices weigh 4 ounces each. I paid $32.99 + tax for the picnic pack. After being Disgusted by the bread and meat I have not even looked at the sides
Awsome food at a great price
We were a regular customer for a long time until the last 3 experiences in a row! We will not go back. We are not the only ones either, obviously, there is never anyone there anymore. We placed our order, repeating it 4 times to the guy because the manager was in his ear fussing and being rude. Poor employees can not do the job without annoying manager fussing in front of all 3 costumers that were there. I ordered curbside, for contactless pickup. I called the store over and over and no one picked up. I sat and watched employees sitting looking at me in my car. I blowed my horn several times, while I was ignored. Finally as I was trying to get my child's mask on to go inside, which I didn't want to do, someone comes to the door asking what's the name on my order. Twenty minutes before anyone even came out. The worst! I encourage you to not order from this restaurant if you want curbside pickup.
The restaurant was disgusting. Service wasn’t good. Food wasn’t done all the way. Very disappointed‼️‼️
Love it brisket is my fav but everything is excellent!!
