Bryan, the manager, was awesome! It was my first time eating here and there was a discrepancy with my order. I was missing a side item and my main order was made incorrectly. I called once I realized and he immediately apologized and asked me to return for a new, completed order. He was so polite and provided awesome customer service. His customer service alone is what has influenced me to return again! Oh, and the food was really good too! Ha!
Today I went back on invite to Dickeys by "Brian" the new GM. It was great. The food was wonderful and the service was great. Brian made sure we were satisfied. I will be going back. I see great things happening with the GM there. Brian I'm telling everyone about your store and you!!!!
The food was good but no bread with a meat order is ridiculous!

Cathy, thank you for your review. I am uncertain of your order, but our Meat Plate options do come with a roll. When meat is ordered without sides, rolls are extra.
