Fire the managers, crew, & start over. Good food but your delivery feature horrible. Had delivery time 5:30, began calling at 6:30, & every 30 mins afterward.....voicemail every time....never called me, no food, but my cr card chg'd & having to dispute! Mgr was very unconcerned & said to take it up with delivery service, that they never rec'd order but couldn't even furnish the name of the service. Absolutely awful “curbside service”. Waited over 30 minutes in the car for our food only to have to go in anyways and see the employees just sitting around. My app still says the food hasn’t been delivered and we are already home 😂
It was pretty good this time. Great taste, but a little pricey.
bbq is delicious! Very easy to order, pick your sides and serve your own drinks. And, you get a free ice cream cone!
Great ribs and I ordered the creamed spinach as one of my side items. It was delicious!

We have been coming to this location since it opened. We drive from West Mobile just to eat here because the food is consistently great! I wouldn’t say service is their no. 1 priority. It’s the food. Everything is pretty much self serve here. Don’t get me wrong, the staff is always courteous and helpful and will get whatever you need but you can tell it’s all about getting the food right!
