Great people. Tim gave us a fair deal and was very competitive, beating out larger dealerships with pricing.
I have never had any problems with sales dept. or service dept. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Todd and Amanda have bent over backwards for quick repairs and service on my trucks.
I guess Monty Montgomery gets on here late at night after a few drinks trying to justify himself and dick smith maybe to help him sleep better at night.... He commented on a post from almost a year ago last night which didn't make any sense... Just watch yourself when buying from here especially first time buyers. They took advantage of me and some of my family when we bought from here...
Zachary Waters treated me with extreme prejudice and discrimination during my appointment yesterday. Due to my occupation I was treated as if I didnt belong. I gave Zachary 3 attempts to treat me differently. He constantly acted as tho I was beneath him. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY FOR SERVICE!!!!
Service department was very friendly and efficient. Dropped my car off for an oil chance at 9:00 and the car was ready 25 minutes later. Thank you to the service department for their quick and efficient service!
5 stars for my salesman, mike couch. he approached me right away and has alot of patience. all that new technology is crazy but mike has taken the time to answer all the questions I ask and answered some that I didn't ask. lol. yes, he is truly an asset, what a great personality. thank you mike. btw, I dealt with Zachary today, thank you Zachary, appreciate your help as well.
