The employees at Dick Smith Chevrolet are always friendly and ensure you are taken care of in a prompt and professional manner. I've bought my last two vehicles there and will surely buy the next from there again. Sure sorry to find out "Country" has retired though, but wish him nothing but happiness during his retirement years.
Since I have bought my Malibu in 2017 I have always brought it back to Dicks for service work which has only been for oil changes. It is a well built car. I never have had to wait a long time for my service to be completed. The service team is very fast and efficient. I have a concern though with my last service call on July 1,2019. My car is not registering the tire pressure on my tires. When I took it in 3 were reading 1 wasn't which I knew because when I had to get a new tire they didn't have the machine to properly calib... read more
Very friendly and quick service
I always have a great experience at Dick Smith. The people are so friendly, everything is so neat and tidy. Their waiting room is very nice, and the service agent always comes and updates me on my car. Would I buy another car from them? Yes definitely. Would I recommend Dick Smith? YES
I had a horrible experience with the maintenance of my car. I originally bought my car from them and since then I have been going there for oil changes and maintenance. Well I went in recently for a routine oil change and due to negligence of the mechanic I had to get a new oil pan and drain plug. They refuse to take the blame for it and charged me $624 for parts and service. I would not recommend going to them for any maintenance or repairs. Bad customer service!!!

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM DICK SMITH IN MC. SELL GARBAGE AND TREAT CUSTOMERS SAME WAY. TWO MONTHS AFTER I BOUGHT TRUCK HAD 2 MAJOR ISSUES. THEY TOLD ME IT WAS MY TRUCK NOT THEIRS! WOULDN'T EVEN LOOK AT IT UNLESS I PAID ALL DIAGNOSTIC FEES. PLEASE PASS ALONG.
