Horrible experience ever in the service department. My truck is under a warranty and something is wrong with my transmission and they didn't even take the time to look at it. they want to charge me for something that is covered under my warranty
My stepson was involved in an accident near your facility this morning. You all were awesome talking to me and sending your guy down to check on him. I wish I remembered his name; things were moving pretty fast. Anyways, he let me know my son was up and walking around, then, he called me back to let me know which hospital he was going to. In the past 2 years my husband and I have bought two cars, one being for our daughter, from Dick Smith Chevrolet. This past weekend on her way back to school she had some car trouble.
