I wish I could rate lower. We scheduled an appointment for replacing the ignition switch because of the recall. We arrived at 9:30, and an hour and a half later they call us back. They apparently had time to do a vehicle inspection, but didn't have the time to tell us that they forgot to order the part. After an hour and a half we were told that we would get a call when the part came in. We asked why they didn't inform us that they didn't have the part when we arrived and they basically blew us off.
