I could write a book about needed improvements. This was the worst buying experience which we have endured in 48 years of purchasing vehicles - mostly new.
I love my Equinox however if you are a female and you are questioning the operation of your vehicle expect to be blown off. No one listened to me until my warranty ran out and now they hear the problem I have heard for 3 years and now its gonna cost me a fortune. Never again will I deal with this dealership and their rudeness and blatant disregard for good customer service.
