We bought our green cheek conure from Diane’s at the end of January and absolutely ADORE her! Tonight we went into Diane’s and dealt with the owner directly, she was beyond generous by giving us a great deal on this bird perch. She went out of her way to help us find what we were looking for. Great and friendly staff. We LOVE coming here. Here are our 2 birds enjoying their new goodies from Diane’s!
I recently purchased a ferret about a month ago.. their prices are high , which I’d imagine is due to Covid, but other than the prices on cages, set up’s, supplies and pets being high the staff was very friendly and helpful .The one guy helped me load my car with the supplies so I didn’t have to make a second trip inside / outside.Then we came back a few weeks later and purchased a Guinea pig and set up. I wanted to see a puppy they had for adoption, I have seen other dogs in the meet and greet room. but this time I was told in a snotty way there was no way unless I filled out an application for adoption. I like to see a pup or dog to see how they react to me. why give out all that info,?? anyway some girls that work there are not so nice in attitude. plus way too expensive for mixed breeds. I highly suggest going to a rescue.

Hello Sherri. We apologize that you were unable to meet dogs as a walk in, but unfortunately with Covid we have had to adjust our policy to make sure we keep everyone safe. You do have to have an approved application and appointment to see dogs currently. We are a rescue and our adoption fees are in line with most other rescues at this time. The worst customer service I have experienced in my entire life!! Sold me a sick puppy!!! My family is emotionally distraught due to this horrible experience! EDIT: On 3/24/2021 To my surprise the owner of Diane's Pet Supplies & Adoption Center redeemed herself by paying a portion of my puppy's vet care, which was greatly appreciated.
After visiting her shop and meeting Diane, I would recommend her business to any animal lover and advocate! She's not only built a successful business but created a warm and inviting atmosphere for her customers, their pets and the fur babies she rescues. Her love of caring for animals is obvious and it was a pure joy meeting her and being in her store when she helped reunite my friend with his lost fur baby!

The adoption process happened so fast!!! With everything that came with the adoption and the supplies we stocked up on we felt like bandits leaving the center for what we paid! We couldn't be happier with our sweet dog Dovahzul and the wonderful staff at Diane's. Everyone was so kind and helpful. We are forever grateful for Diane's and our beloved Dovah. Thank you so much for helping us make our doggie dream come true and giving us the chance to expand our family. ❤️

I am a bird person so I enjoyed going into the bird room. it was clean, well kept, and organized. The only negative thing was the young ladies at the desk didn't seem to know a lot about the birds
