RecommendedI've been going to the Petsmart off Oceanside Blvd & the 76 for the past two months and everyone there is Awesome. Our year old Amstaff is a Destroyer and the staff have no problem with me exchanging toys every week. Staff is always happy, helpful we share laughs wondering when our guy is going to find a toy that last.
RecommendedGreat customer service, a large selection of products. And they host lots of adoption events for local rescue groups.

I have had nothing but great service at the Oceanside location on the border with Carlsbad. The floor staff and the grooming people are wonderful. If anybody has anything negative to say, I don't know what they're talking about.
Terrible customer service!!! Also very discriminatory I will NEVER shop at another PetSmart again!.
